1、操作前將切菜機(jī)放置在水平地面，確保切菜機(jī)放置平穩(wěn)可靠；確定切菜機(jī)插頭接觸良好，無(wú)松動(dòng)，無(wú)水跡；

2、檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)料筒內(nèi)或輸送帶上是否有異物，如有異物一定要清理干凈，以免引起刀具損壞；

4、安裝豎刀，先轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)可調(diào)偏心輪，使刀架行下死點(diǎn)后，再使刀架向上抬起1-2毫米，使豎刀與輸送帶接觸后，緊固螺母把豎刀緊固在刀架上。如果刀架抬起高度小，蔬菜有可能連刀，如果刀架抬起高度過(guò)大，有可能切壞輸。
4.
